They value innovation and are committed to helping their employees thrive.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key partner to operational directors and managers, working collaboratively to deliver business strategies and objectives. You will influence at a senior level, advising on all HR areas such as reward, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. You will develop and implement annual HR strategies aligned with overall Japan HR priorities, adding value and contributing to strategic goals. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・3-5 years of experience in a large company HRBP role.
・Proven track record of successful HR project delivery.
・Strong experience in compensation and benefits, talent management, and performance management.
・Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
・Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
・Fluency in business English (written and oral) is required.
・Experience working with a variety of HR systems and technologies.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
