About the role:
The Senior HR Business Partner will act as a key strategic partner to the senior leadership team, driving HR initiatives that align with business growth goals. The role requires a proactive individual who can provide expert HR advice, develop and implement HR strategies, and support a high-performance culture. ... Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead efforts in talent acquisition, retention, and development. Implement programs to address attrition and build a capable and diverse workforce.
- Employee Relations: Provide effective conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication strategies in conjunction with advising on complex IR issues.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business goals and facilitating a culture of continuous feedback.
- Change Management: Support organisational change initiatives through effective planning, communication, and execution.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or other relevant tertiary qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior decision making role across a range of industries.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of HR best practice with a detailed understanding of Australian IR and FWC legislative requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proven leadership development capabilities, including the promotion of strategic workforce plans.
