The HRBP will work closely with senior leadership and business managers to drive HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to the overall business strategy. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, influencing and supporting management in building a high-performing organizational culture and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnering:
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide counsel on talent management, organizational design, and performance management to senior leaders.
- Work with leadership to drive change management initiatives that support business transformation.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns and issues.
- Mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and ensure consistent application of policies.
- Develop and deliver programs to maintain a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
Talent Management & Development:
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs, ensuring a high-quality pipeline of candidates.
- Implement leadership development initiatives and succession planning strategies to ensure organizational capability.
- Promote employee development and training programs that align with career growth and business needs.
Performance Management:
- Lead the performance review process to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Partner with managers to drive a performance-driven culture through coaching and feedback.
- Assist in identifying high-potential talent and provide development plans for career growth.
Organizational Development:
- Help design and implement organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication.
- Support initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and culture, focusing on employee engagement and retention.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Use HR metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to leadership based on data trends.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on HR performance.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and federal labor laws and company policies.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures as necessary to maintain legal and operational compliance.
Employee Engagement and Well-being:
- Champion initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Support programs that promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and diversity and inclusion.
skills and experience required
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on strategic business partnership, organizational development, and talent management.
- Proven experience in managing and implementing HR strategies and programs in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
