Responsibilities:•Business Partnering: Act as a key partner to people leaders within the Operating Company.•Employee Engagement: Use your understanding of strategies to coach and partner with leaders to foster an inclusive culture and drive engagement. Analyze engagement data and trends, and develop initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and productivity.•Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE): Apply IDE principles to create inclusive environments, promote diversity, and advance equity across all HR processes and policies. Work with business leaders and COEs to deploy tools and approaches that support an inclusive growth culture.•Performance Management: Advise people leaders on goal setting, performance management processes, feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.•Employee Relations and Experience: Guide managers on HR policies and best practices to foster a productive work environment and mitigate risks. Provide support on employee relations matters and collaborate with the ER COE on investigations and countermeasures.•Workforce Planning: Utilize workforce planning tools to forecast future talent needs and align plans with organizational goals. Support leaders with various workforce actions, including ramp-ups, acquisitions, and restructuring. Analyze workforce data to inform decisions and optimize resource allocation.•Manager Capability in Talent Management: Equip managers with skills and tools to select, develop, and retain talent. Coach leaders on development solutions and partner with TA and COE to design and deliver training programs to enhance talent management capabilities.
求められる経験
•At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management or related fields.
•Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve processes.
•Proven leadership in solving complex organizational problems with innovative solutions.
•Experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering results with critical thinking.
•Trusted advisor to people leaders and HR colleagues with effective cross-functional collaboration.
•Ability to communicate complex concepts and negotiate effectively.
•Data-driven decision-making skills with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
•Demonstrated success in coaching, influencing, and problem-solving with various leadership levels.
•In-depth knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, engagement, change management, and performance management.
•Understanding of business drivers and project management skills.
•Experience working in a team environment across multiple time zones.
