Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and strategies to support business objectives.
Talent Management: Assist in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process.
Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.
Skills and experience required
- At least 6 years of relevant HR Generalist / Business Partnering experience within the financial services industry in Singapore.
- Someone who is able to deliver results efficiently as part of a team as well as independently when required.
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Strong knowledge of local labour legislation and practices of Singapore
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
