They are currently looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join the team in response to their growth. You will be supporting them in end to end HR functions, including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, HR Policies & Procedures, Training & Development, HR Data Management, Employee Engagement, Compliance, Offboarding, Payroll, and HR Projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing various HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout their lifecycle at our organisation.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. You have excellent interpersonal skills, able to facilitate the implementation of organisational changes and motivate others to effect changes efficiently.
