They are seeking an Assistant HR Manager with experience in Industrial Relations (IR).
Key Accountabilities
- To provide advice to the Head Unit and management team regarding industrial relations matters.
- To formulate a strategic plan for resolving issues related to industrial relations.
- To be the Company’s representative in any issue pertaining to industrial relations.
- To act as the company's representative in all matters concerning industrial relations.
- To provide necessary advice to the Head Unit and management team regarding disciplinary matters
- To issue show cause, warning, or reminder letters to staff members involved in disciplinary matter.

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- With proficiency in handling Industrial Relations matters
- Excellent communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant labor legislation including the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Labour Law, EPF Act, and Socso Act
