HR Partners is thrilled to be partnering with an expanding, dynamic manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced HR and Systems Advisor to join their team. Reporting to the HR Manager of the business, you will play a vital role, valuing innovation, a commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, leave balances, and compensation details.
- Address and resolve employee queries including managing employee relations (ER), greivance matters and performance-related matters in line with company policies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
- Prepare and submit required reports, such as end-of-year financial reports using HR data.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
- Develop and optimise the HRIS systems (Employment Hero)
Our ideal candidate will have:
... - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge and experience using systems and HR software, including Employment Hero and processing payroll.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
