- Lead and advise on all employee and labour relation issues, collaborating with both management and employees along the way

- Review, revise and implement new HR policies and procedures, as needed
- Compliance of policies/procedures/training within HR
- Support of onboarding employees, as needed
- Other HR projects, as requested
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of hands-on HR experience
- Experience working with unions is required for this role
- Must have manufacturing or logistics experience
- This role is 100% on-site (Monday - Friday), no exceptions
