For an important company located in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina we are looking for an HR Advisor Analyst to work through Randstad
Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
The HR Advisor provides direct support to employees, other HR groups and management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions. The HR Advisor will be the first point of contact for general HR questions and inquires, maintain and process HR data, assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, and assist with various HR initiatives. This role will report to the HR Service Delivery Manager.

Employee Support: Provide first line support to managers and employees with a wide range of services, including (among many others) providing resolutions to employee questions, inquiries or requests, onboarding, offboarding, learning administration, employment verification letters, etc. Receives and responds to requests concerning HR policies/programs. Provide “How to”process support to employees and managers initiating or completing HR events. Exception based processing for employee and manager-initiated events (processes).
HR Master Data processing into human resources information system (Workday): Organizational, personal, compensation, absence and leave, document management, etc.
Manage Onboarding Process: Point of contact for hiring manager and new employee, prepare offer packets, request background/reference check process, set up for Day 1, I-9 processing, New Hire Check Ins, onboarding.
Manage Exit Process: Prepare various documentation, send to employees and process returned documents, notify 3 rd party vendors and finance.
Act as a liaison between Human Resources and Payroll.
Run standard and special reports.
Compliance activities to include maintain Legal and company postings. Provide information for internal audit, SOX, security and legal.
Manage Employee files.
Other related duties, including special HR projects, as assigned qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as Human Resources, IT/IS, business administration or
similar
1 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate environment preferably in a multi-cultural and regional/global environment.
Previous experience with HR systems and processes required. Workday experience a plus.
Strong PC skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Previous experience dealing with employee and manager inquiries
Ability to research and analyze various types of data
Detailed oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize work
Ability to multi-task
Outstanding and effective written and oral communication skills both in English and Spanish
Flexibility and adaptability, able to work under pressure and handle highly sensitive and
confidential information
Willing and eager to learn, proactive in sharing ideas
Ability to interact with employees at different levels and different regions
Excitement at being part of a global team to deliver meaningful change in a complex business
environment.
