Our client, a renowned insurance company, is experiencing rapid growth in its operations and is seeking to recruit an HR & Admin Officer to join their team. You will report to the HR Manager in the team.

As an HR & Admin Officer, you will
-Assist the local business to deliver HR activities including but not limited to full-cycle recruitment, employee life-cycle management, employment relationship enhancement, daily operation, etc
-Act as the business partner to perform office administration duties, including but not limited to maintain the office supplies/facilities/equipment and files, facilitate the local contract review and other procedures required by HQ, making sure local office runs in order
-Work closely with headquarters for the periordly work review
-Assist in special projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned
-Prepare and issue employment contracts, HR letters, and memorandums
skills & experiences required.
-Degree or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
-2+ years of talent recruitment and admin experience, retail industry background must
