about the role
They are currently looking for a HR & Admin Manager to join their team in response to their growth. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Talent Planning & Recruitment – Analyze talent needs based on business goals, manage recruitment plans, and oversee hiring for overseas operations, including building and managing core teams.
- Employee Development – Provide training, career development plans, and competency assessments while supporting team engagement, communication, and motivation.
- Performance & Succession Management – Assist in setting departmental performance goals, conducting appraisals, and ensuring effective performance management and succession planning.
- Employee Relations & HR Compliance – Support managers in handling workplace issues such as grievances and disciplinary matters while ensuring HR policies comply with local regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits – Develop competitive pay structures, implement salary processes, and continuously optimize performance management systems to align with HR strategies.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be leading a team of 3.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have excellent interpersonal skills, able to facilitate the implementation of organisational changes and motivate others to effect changes efficiently.
