They are currently looking for a HR Admin Manager to join them. You’ll be overseeing and managing the end-to-end HR & Admin function within the business. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-
- Strategic HR Planning
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Training & People Development
- Performance management
- Foreign worker management
- Employee Engagement
- Other HR & Admin Functions
about the manager & team
You will be reporting directly to the GM, dotted line reporting to HR Director & CHRO in HQ. You will be leading a team of 2.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in HR Management. You have strong knowledge and experience in employment law, minimum knowledge in IT related products. You also have a high level of integrity, results oriented and ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
