HR Executive will be working as HR Generalist and shall be responsible for assisting and executing all HR activities namely recruitment, training and development, Employee benefits and engagement, Employee Performance management and payroll
RECRUITMENT
... Assist in sourcing open positions by posting requirements on Employment Portals, Social Media referral Groups and assigned recruitment consultants.
Collection of applications from all available sources and sorting them as per the defined categories (Qualification, Experience and position).
Scheduling interview as per the available slots, sending emails for interview schedule and calling for reminders to candidates for conformation before the interview.
Conduct test and check as per the answer key wherever applicable
Maintain record of all applications received and update their status.
EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING
Verify employee credentials and other mandatory documents and hand over to Personnel Department.
Record punching details of new joining staff and assign the punching machine.
Inform Bank for new joining and line up staff for account opening formalities.
Prepare joining kit for the onboarding employee as per company policy (Assigned work station, required stationery, appointment letter, ID Card and uniform (if applicable) one day prior to the joining date.
Inform concerned department once the joining formalities are completed and hand over the staff to assigned department.
Line up Induction training for the new joinee on the immediate available slot.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Communicate training calendar to all staff every month.
Make arrangements and send reminders for the upcoming training as per the monthly calendar.
Conduct pre and post training tests and get training feedback filled from all attendees.
Maintain training record of all employees.
EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Take random rounds to record employee behavior on duty as per company policy.
Keep a track of PRD (Performance review Dialogue) for all employees and line up with respective department for any upcoming reviews.
Scheduling of PRD and informing employee and concerned reviewer.
