Your main responsibilities as a Hotel Operations Manager will be:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, front desk,housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction throughout the property.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost control and revenueoptimization.
• Lead and motivate the hotel team to deliver exceptional performance and achievetargets.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all areas of the hotel, including cleanliness, serviceand maintenance.
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback and reviews to continually improve and enhanceguest experiences.

Preferred experience on Food & Beverage positions.

• A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• This experience should include supervisory roles in various hotel departments
• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee and coordinate various hotel functions and ensure the overall success of operations
• Effective communication skills for working closely with department heads, external parties, and the hotel manager, and for addressing and troubleshooting operational issues
• A customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering the target customer experience and maintaining high service and hospitality standards
