Randstad is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Horticulture & Grounds Maintenance Worker to join the Facilities Team at one of our Catholic Colleges, with campuses located in Mount Waverley and Chadstone. This full-time, ongoing position offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the college grounds are maintained to the highest standard.
As a vital member of the Facilities Team, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to manage and maintain the grounds across both campuses. You will help prepare the outdoor spaces for a variety of student activities, contributing to an environment that supports the College’s values and enhances the student experience.

... - Maintenance of gardens and lawns including mowing,watering, weeding, fertilising (Fertilising application of plants and grassed species) and mulching.
- Holistic chemical management around campuses, football oval and soccer pitch.
- Trim hedges and prune shrubs and trees.
What you need
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current National Police Check.
- Current Victorias Drivers Licence.
- Diploma qualification or equivalent experience in horticulture is desireable.
- Chemicals Users is desrieable but not mandatory.
