In this full-time role, you will support children and manage behaviour across the classroom and show the confidence to stand in front of a class and deliver cover lessons.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., HLTA, Level 3 TA, or equivalent).
- Experience working with children of EYFS, KS1 & KS2.
- An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Proven ability to inspire and engage students through creative lesson planning.
- Comfort and confidence in managing challenging behaviour.
- Creativity, proactivity, and flexibility in your supporting style.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
- Lead the classroom, covering PPA time, teacher absences, and providing intervention.
- Promoting positive relationships and developing students' social and emotional skills.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Ensuring a consistent and proactive approach to managing behaviour and emotional well-being.
