Randstad Education is seeking for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a primary setting around the Braintree area. In this full-time role, you will support children and manage behaviour across the classroom and should have bravery to stand in front of a class and deliver cover work.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., HLTA, Level 3 TA, or equivalent).
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
- An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Proven ability to inspire and engage students through creative lesson planning.
- Experience teaching English in the UK is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
