- Plan and execute the marketing strategy and tactics to ensure commercial success of the product - To strategically drive “Shape the market” & “Shape the product”, work with Brand Lead to develop and execute brand strategy and tactics for the product which is the first injectable treatment in HIV therapeutic area. - Gather and obtain insights from market and find out opportunities to expand access to this innovative treatment. - Develop promotion scheme and relevant promotion materials that support the communication of the brand strategy and meet the compliance code. - Build and execute external customer engagement plan to develop and maintain relationships with key external experts and other key stakeholders. - Closely work with Sales team to engage MRs to ensure the sufficient level of knowledge, belief and execution to the promotion - Collaborate as cross functional team including Medical Affairs and Global/Above country team to maximize the value of product

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of pharmaceuticals marketing
- Experiences working with key internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree
Japanese: Native level / English: Business level (Equivalent to TOEIC score of 800 or above)
- Experience of new product launch
- English: Fluent level
- Future scope of job and working location will be determined by company
