We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee IT service delivery to our valued clients. As the primary point of contact for service-related matters, you will ensure that services are delivered efficiently, meet client expectations, and align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This role demands strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive exceptional service delivery and foster continuous improvement. SC Clearance is required for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring SLA and performance metric alignment.
- Build strong client relationships and act as their advocate.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Lead technical teams and optimize resource management.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
- Prepare detailed service performance reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Proficient in managing SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
- Experience with ticketing and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Basic technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
- Experience in IT services, networking, or telecommunications industries.
- Familiarity with service delivery in hybrid or cloud environments.
