They are expanding their presence in Japan and offer a collaborative, supportive work environment.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a HEOR Specialist or Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of patient access to innovative therapies. You will be at the forefront of designing and executing HEOR studies, contributing to Health Technology Assessments (HTA) submissions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling value propositions. You will work closely with KOLs and academic researchers.■Main tasks include:- Develop and implement HEOR and Real-World Evidence (RWE) strategies for assigned products and therapeutic areas.- Lead the execution of HEOR studies, generating high-quality economic and clinical evidence.- Prepare and document evidence for HTA submissions, contributing to optimal market access and pricing.- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Pricing, etc.) and external experts.- Develop and maintain strong external relationships with KOLs and academic researchers.#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a focus on HEOR or RWE.
- Proven track record of successfully leading or contributing to HEOR projects and HTA submissions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data and developing compelling presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese (business level).

Experience with HTA processes in Japan is a plus. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
