They focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous innovation, empowering employees to contribute meaningfully to the company's goals.■ Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Hemophilia Franchise Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of a portfolio that includes cutting-edge hemophilia treatments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategies that maximize the impact of these therapies in the Japanese market. This role offers the opportunity to shape commercial strategies, engage with external stakeholders, and work with innovative products in a highly competitive environment.■ Main tasks include・Develop and execute commercialization strategies for hemophilia treatments, working closely with global and local teams・Collaborate with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and academic partners, to drive market growth・Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and lead commercial activities across omni-channels・Track and adjust performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure strategic alignment・Design and deliver marketing materials that effectively communicate brand messages to healthcare providers and consumers・Conduct research and analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities・Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies and industry regulations#LI-Hybrid

■ Skills & Experience Required:
・More than 3 years of experience in commercial (brand marketing, digital marketing, and/or sales strategy/management) is required
・Fluent communication in Japanese and English in both writing and speaking
・Analytic and strategic thinking and ability to articulate business direction and priorities
・Strong leadership, project management, and coordination skills across large groups of cross-functional teams
・Actively contribute to creating and implementing innovative ideas, as well as to fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
・Understand analytic tools/methods, demonstrate the ability to collect customer insights, and translate them to implications which leads to the robust brand strategy
・Build broad accountability, trust, empower, and adapt own style to fit the needs of the situation and individual
