The Help Desk Operator we are looking for will join an existing NOC (Network Operation
Center) team responsible of ensuring the proper execution of an incident mananagent
process of a big telco firm in the Iberian market. For this position, you need to
combine both technical and communicative skills. You will be considered an extension
of a remote operational team located in Europe;
Out-of-the-Box thinking is necessary to improve resolution processes;
Able to adapt to the team needs. The project is ongoing in several countries and your
help might be needed to support (occasionally) them.
Daily customer communication;
Administrative support for the team in the field.
Understanding of the Incident Management process.
