This contract aims to secure a dedicated team of Helpdesk professionals who will assist new Workday users by providing exceptional customer support, conducting system-related analysis, and performing information management tasks related to the system's implementation.

Responsibilities
- Provide front-line user support and real-time assistance to employees utilizing the Workday Financial System, through email or MS Teams.
- Analyze, track, and monitor incoming support requests, identifying issues and coordinating resolution efforts.
- Assist with managing, developing, and processing financial data within the Workday Finance system.
- Conduct initial problem diagnosis and escalate complex issues or advanced user inquiries to the appropriate team for resolution.
- Document and track user inquiries using Microsoft Office tools like SharePoint, to enhance user support and improve tools.
- Continuously update responses and adjust support strategies based on customer feedback, refining FAQs with standardized solutions.
- Administer user satisfaction surveys, analyze trends in user issues, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Support financial data management tasks, including data entry, saving documentation to appropriate repositories, and processing finance transactions as needed.
Qualifications
- Active Reliability or higher-level Security Clearance.
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
- Recent experience in IT Helpdesk or Service Desk support.
- Familiarity with the Workday Financial Management system is preferred.
- Proven ability to effectively address and resolve customer issues.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Experience in a call center environment is an asset.
