Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Mechanic Position:
• Perform safety/annual inspections on all equipment;
• Conduct computerized parts searches required for repairs and ensure orders are placed;
• Diagnose complex electrical and hydraulic failures, including canbus systems and valve blocks, and carry out the necessary repairs;
• Perform major repairs (differential, transmission, engines, regeneration systems, reprogramming of computer parameters);
• Serve as a technical reference to provide support to on-site mechanics.
Qualifications
Qualifications for the Mechanic Position:
DEP in Heavy Equipment Mechanics; DEP in Electromechanics or significant experience with lifting equipment, aerial platforms, SKYJACK, JLG.
Expertise in electrical, hydraulic, and propane-powered machinery, electrical panels, troubleshooting.
Strong diagnostic skills.
Ideally 8-10 years of experience.
Bilingual (ability to read manuals in English).
