We are currently seeking a skilled Heat Pump Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing ground and air heat pumps, as well as experience in servicing and repairing existing systems. Responsibilities:
- Conduct installation of ground and air heat pumps in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance of heat pump systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing heat pump installations, providing efficient and effective repairs.
- Collaborate with clients to explain technical aspects, offer recommendations, and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete relevant paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during all installations, servicing, and repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the installation of ground and air heat pumps.
- Strong knowledge of heat pump systems and their components.
- Ability to diagnose and repair heat pump issues effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) or a related field.
- Valid driver's licence.
