Your Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care
- Encourage and support clients in achieving their personal goals
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in care giving is a plus, but not required
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Minimum of 6 months UK , HCA - Health care assistant experience in the past 3 years [Preferably in the NHS]
- Full in-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Training and immunisations
