Responsibilities
Health and Safety Management
Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures to ensure the protection of all employees and compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits, ensuring hazards are mitigated and safety measures are consistently followed.
Provide ongoing safety training to staff, ensuring they are equipped to work in a safe environment and respond appropriately in emergencies.
Quality Management:
Ensure the factory adheres to quality standards by overseeing all aspects of quality control, inspection, and testing procedures.
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain consistency and prevent defects.
Regularly audit production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
Relevant Certificates in Quality and Health and Safety are required
Minimum 4 years of experience in both quality control and health & safety management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
In-depth understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and safety regulations
Proven ability to manage both departments simultaneously, effectively prioritizing and balancing workloads.
