当企業の日本支社全体の人材要件を明確にし、その要件を確実に達成するための人材育成戦略と明確な後継者育成計画を策定し、推進していただきます。▪ Develop and implement regional talent management principles, policies and processes to ensure we can objectively identify people with the potential to grow into more complex roles in the future.▪ Partner with the business to ensure there is a clear and aligned understanding of global talent needs.▪ Ownership and delivery of integrated regional leadership development programs to ensure future leaders receive world class leadership development.▪ Partner with business leaders to define and deliver the capability plan for key regional capabilities to support delivery of the business strategy.▪ Lead the reginal implementation of functional competency development globally. This will include understanding the current approach in each region, BU, agreeing a standard approach globally, and agreeing a plan with clear prioritization of business-critical competencies as part of the overall capability development approach.
