The Supply Chain Leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and
support business growth. Supply Chain Strategy:
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Focus on cost reduction, improving delivery times, and minimizing risk in the supply chain.
• Invest and incubate supplier relationships.
• Position supply chain as a key enabler for winning business and be a differentiator in the
market.
Procurement and Vendor Management:
• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers for electrical components, panels,
and related materials.
• Negotiate contracts and establish partnerships to ensure the best pricing, quality, and
reliability.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Inventory and Warehouse Management:
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overstocking.
• Implement effective warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and ensure
efficient material handling.
• Ensure just-in-time (JIT) deliveries and coordinate logistics for timely project execution.
Logistics and Distribution:
• Oversee transportation and distribution networks to ensure efficient delivery to project sites and
customers.
• Coordinate international and domestic shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Manage the import/export process, including customs clearance for electrical components.
Operations and Continuous Improvement:
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize
supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure alignment between production schedules and
material availability.
• Lead the digital transformation of supply chain processes using ERP systems (e.g., SAP,
Oracle, etc.).
