Lead the charge in claims strategy and operational excellence! Our client, an international insurer, seeks a seasoned Head of Settlements to oversee their Motor claims Settlements team. This is your opportunity to drive impactful claim cost outcomes and streamline settlements in an inclusive, innovative environment.

About the Role:

• Provide strategic leadership across claims settlements with a roburt budget and a team with our extented FTE team.
• Drive operational performance: track key metrics, improve process efficiency, and lead risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in finance, legal, and ops to foster an environment of efficiency and compliance.
• Implement cutting-edge automation and decision-engine technology.

What You’ll Need:

• 7+ years in insurance leadership, ideally in motor (or insurance) claims/settlements management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flair for data-driven improvements.
• Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team while driving results.
• Must be Australian resident to apply
