The Head of SAP FICO position is full time and permanent, based in Athens, northern suburbs. The working model is hybrid.

key responsibilities
As the Head of SAP FI/CO, you will:
- Define the Vision: Develop and own the strategic roadmap for SAP FI/CO systems, aligning with overall company objectives and financial priorities.
- Lead Transformation: Drive digital finance initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with SAP FI/CO modules, and setting the stage for scalable, future-ready processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with finance, operations, and IT leaders to understand challenges and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
- Deliver Results: Oversee the deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP FI/CO systems to meet business needs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Inspire & Mentor: Build and lead a high-performing team of SAP specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor emerging trends in SAP technologies, particularly in FI/CO, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience
qualifications
- Proven Expertise:At least 7 years of experience in configuring in Finance & Controlling in ECC6 (S/Hana), with at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Business Administration or any equivalent
- Strategic Leadership: Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving large-scale projects, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent knowledge of FICO modules –GL, AP, AR, Assets, Banking, COPA
- SΑΡ certifications (S/4Hana) is a plus
