Main Responsibilities・Preparation and execution of strategic sales plan− Provide a medium to long-term vision for sales organization including shop and POS opening/relocation/renovation/ closing.− Define and execute annual sales plan.− Assess the market demand and set the appropriate sales target.− Prepare budgets, financial and marketing analysis and other related reports.− Manage sales expenses and capital spending within the budget.− Ensure all operation procedures are properly established andimplemented.− Facilitate all department coordination with shops as needed(Marketing, Customer Service & Logistics Center, HR, IT etc.)− Lead to the development of relationships and partnerships with Retailers・Management of relationships and development of partnerships with department stores and wholesalers.− Negotiate with business partners about new advantageous space,relocation, exhibition and commission contract etc., in order to optimize the existing network− Make sure all retailer’s boutique staff take OUR BRAND training (E-learningand physical training), and make them enhance OUR BRAND sales.・People Management− Supervise and develop Store Manager and Sales representative.− Coach, motive and train staff.

Job Requirements Education:
・ University Graduate
Experience:
・ Hands-on experience in sales operation
・ Managing luxury goods or other retail categories experience
・ Work experience with wholesalers
・ Studies or professional experience abroad preferable
Skills/Abilities:
・Ability to plan, implement and monitor sales database
・Ability to manage ambiguous situations, plan budget, prioritize multi-tasks and control deadlines
・Strong negotiation skills
・Ability to lead a team
Personality:
・Results-driven, objective oriented person
・International exposure, responsible, flexible, independent, hard worker, trustworthy
Language:
・Communicable English skill is preferable
