Job Purpose & Key ResponsibilitiesJob Purpose:Oncology is a core area of the business and has made many advances over the past few years. You will gain a lot of new experience through our activities to establish our presence in the cancer field. We are looking for an experienced leader for Oncology sales.The purpose of this role is to recruit and lead the Oncology Sales Team , which is planning to expand the organization , to complete the brand strategy and achieve the goals. The role also requires the ability to lead and coach the sales team to build strong and strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.This role is also responsible for building sales competencies and capabilities, developing valuable business relationships with stakeholders, and delivering unprecedented patient and customer value through the delivery of evidence-based solutions for our products. This is accomplished through effective leadership, coaching and mentoring, demonstrating strategic and critical thinking.This role will also require you to work cross-functionally in collaboration with internal stakeholders to contribute to the creation and execution of sales strategy.Primary Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales department in accordance with company policy to ensure Oncology products reach all appropriate patients.Create a sales plan to achieve goals and execute the strategies and tactics.Achieve set goals and manage daily progress.Deal appropriately with all key stakeholders.Recruit and hire highly qualified candidates, and prepare and manage the necessary paperwork.Assist team members in understanding marketing strategies and plan and conduct informational, training and sales meetings.Provide appropriate training, coaching, follow-up and development in the career development of team members.Maintain awareness of company business policies, procedures, rules and other relevant matters and ensure 100% compliance with their implementation.Manage expenses to maximize investment returns.*The scope of changes in job content and work location will be determined by the company.

Basic Qualification
University graduate or above
More than 10 years of sales experience in the hematology or oncology field
5+ years of experience in people management
More than 2 years experience as a sales manager/branch manager
Possess specialized knowledge and networks in the field of hematology or oncology
Excellent communication skills, proposal skills, problem-solving skills, management and leadership skills
Ability to travel for business needs
Business level English skills (because my superiors are English speakers)
MR certification qualification
Regular car driver's license
Preferred Qualification
Graduated from a faculty of pharmacy or science
Experience working as a sales representative in the multiple myeloma field
Experience working as a sales representative at the time of new drug launch
Experience in sales using digital/omnichannel approach
MBA or other degree (MS, PhD)
