Partner with technology leaders to identify and mitigate risks in the digital infrastructure, data security, and AI-driven solutions.
Monitor evolving tech risk landscapes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide strategic guidance on operational and tech-related risk management practices.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on risk, compliance, and governance matters.
Lead risk and compliance audits, reporting, and training initiatives to foster organizational awareness.
Act as the key liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.

Skills and experience required

Proven track record in risk and compliance roles, with a focus on operational and technological risk.
Experience in a startup environment is essential.
Consulting background preferred, with an ability to adapt frameworks to high-growth contexts.
Deep knowledge of operational and technological risk management best practices.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the InsurTech or financial services sector.
