業務内容 ...

・Head of Retail will report to the Commercial Director (currently the President of OUR COMPANY).・In this position, he/she will work together with the Commercial Director/President to come up with a retail strategy and budget, and is responsible in increasing retail sales within Japan both organically and by distribution expansion, while at the same time ensuring that ECCO brand equity is also increased. ・This position will also focus on constantly improving operational efficiency and profitability of the retail business, ensuring a seamless cross functional integration among the relevant departments like Marketing, Merchandising, E-Commerce, HR, and Finance. ・The position holder maintains and develops strong cooperation with the key department stores, property developers/owners and other stakeholders in Japan.

EDUCATION and QUALIFICATIONS
・University Degree holder or above with at least 10 years of relevant working experience;
・Knowledge/experience within retail and/or fashion industry with International exposure/experience;
・Experience in negotiating and relationship building with key representatives of shopping malls, department stores and property landlords in the Japan market;
・English TOEIC Score 800+;

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
・Team Player and hands-on approach to work
・Ability to work to deadlines and execute plans to a high standard.
・Numerical and analytical competence
