Manage financial reporting timelines to meet internal and external stakeholder requirements;

Collaborate with the Consolidation Director to enhance reporting processes, including integrating renewable energy-specific metrics;

Lead and mentor finance managers across several countries to ensure alignment with corporate financial objectives;

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within finance teams;

Oversee performance evaluations and provide development opportunities for regional finance teams;

Oversee the financial health and operational efficiency of the finance function, focusing on renewable energy project dynamics;

Implement robust internal controls to ensure compliance with international financial standards;

Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency enhancements within finance operations;

Manage relationships with external accounting service providers to ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements;

Monitor and evaluate the performance of external providers, making recommendations for improvements where necessary;

Manage contracts with external service providers, including negotiation and renewal processes;

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with external providers to foster collaboration and address any issues promptly;

Ensure adherence to international and local regulatory standards, tax laws, and renewable energy-specific financial regulations;

Stay informed about changes in renewable energy financing, tax incentives, and sustainability reporting requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred;

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including roles in financial reporting and control within a multinational context;

Experience in the renewable energy sector or infrastructure-related finance (plus);

Proven track record of managing multi-country finance teams and working with external accounting providers;

Strong understanding of international accounting standards;

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple providers and tasks simultaneously;

Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders;

High attention to detail and ability to manage complex reporting requirements;

Willingness to travel as required.
