1. Strategic Leadership:

b. Lead the R&D team in identifying and exploring new product opportunities, including conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights.
c. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and production, to ensure seamless integration of new products into the market.
2. Product Development:
a. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring all products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
b. Conduct taste tests, formula adjustments, and stability testing to refine and perfect sauce recipes.
c. Innovate new sauce flavors, textures, and formulations to keep the product portfolio fresh and competitive.
3. Technical Expertise:
