Role PurposeThe RLT Healthcare System (HCS) Head assumes responsibility for ensuring the readiness of the RLT Healthcare system. This includes establishing a robust imaging infrastructure, developing treatment capacity, shaping RLT policies, and strategizing partnerships. The goal is to create an advanced and forward-looking RLT treatment system that effectively supports patients who can benefit from this innovative treatment platform. The HCS Head collaborates closely with the RLT Strategy Team to develop a comprehensive plan for RLT Healthcare System readiness and leads the HCS (Healthcare System) team in building the necessary infrastructure at the account level.Major AccountabilitiesA.) Concept and lead the development of infrastructure and care processes strategies for the RLT platform• Develop a strategic healthcare readiness strategy that aligns with the Development Unit, Operations, Policy Affairs, and Value & Access. This strategy aims to ensure the robust operation of the RLT business.• Establish the Imaging Strategy in line with the RLT Strategy Team to guide the distribution plan for Ga Generator and develop the holistic Imaging strategy to cover the potential hospitals. This plan will establish the necessary infrastructure to support both current and future portfolios of RLT.• Establish a comprehensive RLT treatment capability building plan for the launch. This plan will also lay the foundation for the successful introduction of future portfolios in the field of radiopharmaceuticals and life technologiesB.) Oversee the implementation of RLT infrastructure and care processes solutions, including the development of tailored account management approaches• Take charge of RLT readiness building at the account level, leading day-to-day execution with the field team to establish treatment centers that cater to the unmet needs of patients• Facilitate the execution of imaging center setup and the implementation of area plans to ensure adequate coverage of accounts and patients, thereby maximizing the potential of RLT portfolios• Collaborate with business partners to co-create the RLT account plan, aiming to optimize field operations. Take responsibility to equip the RLT HCS knowledge to the field team to ensure the execution excellence in the account levelC.) Be accountable for the implementation of RLT policy shaping to strengthen the healthcare infrastructure in radiopharmaceutical• Lead and develop the RLT policy shaping strategy from Solid Tumor TA with functions (Policy Affairs, Value & Access, Medical Affairs, Developments, BD) increase the treatment capacity national wide and in the account level• Optimize the treatment flow with to shorten the current restriction in the duration of the hospitalization with supporting evidence to unlock the potential of the whole healthcare system• Lead the partnership internally and externally to improve the efficiency of RLT ecosystem in JapanKey Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance for this role will be measured)• Robust plan and strong execution in the RLT healthcare system building• Build an efficient RLT imaging system• Keep improving the RLT treatment capacity• Policy shaping to build the future RLT platform• Effective partnership with key stakeholders to enable the RLT patient journey
求められる経験
Education:
• A University level (bachelors) degree; Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA a plus
Languages:
• English: Business level mandated
• Japanese: Business level mandated
Experience / Professional requirement:
• 10+ years working experience in a healthcare related business setting with significant international exposure in key markets (US, Germany, China, Japan), +5 years leadership experience; Oncology experience will be a plus
• Strong capability in execution excellence; simplicity and get things done
• High degree of strategic thinking, including the ability to identify underlying root causes
• Proven ability to rally diverse stakeholders behind a common purpose and to mature partnerships over time
Competency
