about the job
- Responsible for the comprehensive management and strategic direction of student residential services, including both on-campus and off-campus accommodations.
- Ensure that all aspects of residential life, from operations to student well-being and development, align with the institution’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
- Oversee daily operations of all student accommodation facilities, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality services.
- Manage the budget for the student accommodation department, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Track and manage expenses while maintaining profitability by achieving target occupancy rates, driving revenue growth, and meeting P&L objectives.
- Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction by continuously improving services.
- Implement and enhance operational, managerial, and administrative procedures to optimize service delivery and efficiency.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Hospitality Management, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in student accommodation or hostel management, with a proven track record
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and P&L
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
