requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer or any Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in managing infrastructure or similar technology.
Strong customer service orientation with experience in managing support teams.
Familiarity with supply chain management, particularly with suppliers/contractors from China.
Experience in managing firmware and software for technical equipment.
Ability to analyze data and implement improvements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and readiness to handle on-site issues.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia for site visits.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in a regional role is a plus.
