Responsibilities:
- Lead the department to enhance provision whilst ensuring learners meet or exceed targets
- Ensure high standards of behaviour
- The ability to motivate a team of staff
- The ability to lead, model and manage positive behaviour, good order and assertive discipline in the department ectively and efficiently and work with other professionals and agencies
- Attend staff training sessions and meetings
To be successful you will have:
- QTS (this is essential)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (we can support with this)
