Role Objectives(The role requires clear scientific and business understanding to support the optimal use of the company's products) •Develop, implement, and monitor the marketing strategy and key communication activities by products. •Interact with and support affiliates in launch preparation or implementation to ensure expand the therapeutic area or commercial success. •Assess market environment (e.g., unmet need, competitive landscape, drivers/barriers). •Provide functional leadership to execute product strategy. •Develop and implement the launch platform. •Interact in close partnership with Medical and Patient Affairs, HQ Operations, Clinical Development, and Regulatory. Main responsibilities•Prepare for new product launch and expand the new therapeutic area by working closely with internal/external stakeholders. •Lead and develop Product Managers for achieving the objectives of the department. •Define a strategic platform and ensure alignment/consistency on scientific statements/lexicon and core messages (disease, MOA, product profile, development plan, and preclinical/clinical data). •Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement the strategy. •Work closely with Medical and Patient Affairs to translate data into messages. •Define patient centric strategy for short-term and long-term and contribute cross- functionally to launch success. •Understand business strategies and needs and ensure delivery of targeted, strategic advice to meet or exceed internal partner/stakeholder objectives. •Develop and measure key launch metrics. •Build diagnostic and campaign plans, supporting affiliates. •Ensure HQ strategy and initiatives capture affiliates’ needs and insight. •Develop and implement internal and external communication plans. •Maintain high level of conduct, awareness, and integrity during scientific events such as congresses and external symposia. •Develop synergistic relationships with external stakeholders such as scientific associations, external experts, and patient advocacy groups. •Develop medical education initiatives stressing unmet needs and brand differentiation. •Plan and execute congress events such as sponsor seminars, symposiums, and advertisements. •Plan and execute trainings for sales force together with field training team and communicate product tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation. •Plan, implement, and monitor budget. •Establish strong collaboration with other internal functions including: Sales, Medical and Patient Affairs, Business Development and Licensing, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Finance, Human Resources, Legal/Compliance. •Build and manage productive relationships with partner organizations. •Ensure product strategy activities are compliant with legal responsibilities. •Ensure compliance with all internal, external and regulatory agencies and bodies.
求められる経験
Essential Skills & Abilities:
•7+ years of experience in marketing (sales experience and/or healthcare industry experiences are preferred) including Oncology.
•Degree in science (PhD preferred), business background.
•Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience with knowledge in Oncology and Hematology.
•Previous international experience in project leadership, business strategy, and alliance and partnership management in Pharma/Communication/Strategic Marketing.
•Understands the drug development process from early clinical phase through post registration.
•5+ years of management experience desirable.
•High ethical standards.
•Analytical ability and an innovative mindset.
•Experience with building relationship with key stakeholders.
•Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and use creativity to develop effective solutions.
•Strong project management skills.
•Strong leadership skills and ability to lead complex projects by mobilizing internal stakeholders.
•Excellent interpersonal skills in working with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams which includes influence on the people on no direct report line.
•Fluency in English: clear, concise, and persuasive.
•Business English writing.
•Autonomy, independence, and assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essential.
•Can effectively cope with change and comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
