Key Responsibilities
Reports to Regional Marketing Director
The role includes managing product development, coordinating regional exhibitions, and working closely with R&D and sales teams to enhance brand awareness and boost sales. The candidate will also oversee the marketing budget and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and strategic partners.
- Manage new product development and branding.
- Coordinate marketing activities, exhibitions, and the marketing calendar for the region.
- Collaborate with digital agencies to implement social media strategies.
- Oversee marketing budgets and evaluate ROI.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, particularly in food service and plant-based products.
- Participate in key sales and marketing presentations and organize training sessions for the sales team.
Skills and Experience Required
- 10-15 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Based in Johor Bahru.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Regional experience is a plus.
