Reporting to the Managing Director based in Singapore, the key role is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of assets for the group.
This critical role involves driving customer engagement, enhancing brand value, and achieving business growth through innovative and integrated marketing strategies. you will get to lead a team and oversee loyalty marketing, digital and social media, international marketing, and strategic partnerships, while spearheading initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and elevate customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Loyalty & Rewards
... - Lead the strategic revamp of a comprehensive rewards program across digital platforms and physical touchpoints to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Enhance user experience and maximize member engagement through innovative program designs.
Customer Insights & Partnerships
- Harness data-driven customer insights and analytics, translating findings into actionable strategies to enhance customer engagement across key touchpoints.
- Develop and nurture strategic alliances within the value chain, leveraging data insights to create mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance brand value and customer offerings.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Define and execute a vision for digital and social media marketing, focusing on performance-driven growth through innovative approaches.
- Optimize content and platform strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
International Marketing
- Formulate and implement international marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for collaborative campaigns to drive regional brand awareness and customer engagement.
Operational Excellence
- Standardize and develop SOPs across properties, ensuring best practices, alignment, and operational consistency.
- Champion marketing automation and process optimization to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Budget & Corporate Communications
- Manage comprehensive budget planning and oversight, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Oversee corporate communications and media relations, building and maintaining a strong brand reputation through proactive and effective communication strategies.
Skills & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in integrated marketing, with proven expertise in strategic planning and execution.
- Technical Expertise: Experience in data analysis and advanced learning techniques to drive insights and decision-making.
- Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of guiding and mentoring teams for high performance and growth.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and align diverse teams.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
