- Lead sales teams of different businesses to set strategic direction, formulate and monitor budgets and operating plans to satisfy the business needs, delivering expected results that measure strategy success.
- Leading the management in the day-to-day running of the Group's business and to ensure effective working relationships amongst all relevant parties.
- Identify market performance, provide market trend analysis and identification of channel growth opportunities with brand building & customer education.
- Develop trade marketing and promotion plan, identify business opportunities with evaluation of ROI & P&L in alignment with the budget
- Analyze the pricing of the products and monitoring the consumer reactions and the distribution of the product.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the business of the Group.
