You will be leading a team of 6-8 people. Reporting to local General Manager and Chief HR Officer.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role. Proven track record of managing organisational development, possess strong analytical skills and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
