•Develops and delivers the HR operational plan for the assigned client group or site, ensuring alignment with Strategic HRBP direction and One HR’s strategic priorities.•Serves as an HR liaison, following the global HRBP model, for areas such as talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, change management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, DEI, training, coaching, and workforce planning.•Cultivates strong relationships with site leadership and/or client groups, positioning HR as a trusted business advisor.•Collaborates with client groups/site to understand business objectives, proactively addressing HR and organizational challenges through tailored solutions.•Implements corporate HR policies and practices, supports organizational and employee development, and addresses complex team management issues. Develops succession plans and talent pipelines for site leadership in collaboration with Strategic HRBPs.•Designs site-specific approaches to performance, DEI, and culture initiatives through local programs, working closely with Global/Strategic HRBPs and COEs to enhance engagement and the employee experience.•Sets and executes strategies for local industrial relations and collective negotiations (where applicable), in consultation with the Regional Lead.•Coaches employees and managers on talent development, offering insights for strengthening the talent pipeline.•Executes HR processes, programs, and initiatives for the designated client groups/site, contributing to the APAC HRBP Leadership Team and supporting the HRBP model.•Assists client group leaders with key cyclical processes such as IPM, annual merit reviews, engagement surveys, and follow-up action plans.•Acts as a change advocate, facilitating workshops and introducing innovative solutions to business challenges, leveraging data analytics for insights and trends.•Provides HRBP expertise across various focus areas, including talent and development, change management, industrial relations, and organizational design.•Leads or supports cross-country and cross-functional projects, transformation efforts, or other strategic initiatives as needed.•Oversees complex employee relations matters, collaborating closely with the global Employee Relations team.
求められる経験
•Prior experience in HR leadership roles is highly desirable.
•8-10 years of HR management experience, ideally in senior HR business partner or consultant positions within dynamic global organizations.
•Extensive knowledge of HR processes, developed through work in global environments.
•A BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field is required.
•IT proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Language skills: Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional Asia-Pacific language is a plus.
•Familiarity with agile organizational structures and methodologies is preferred.
