Responsibilities Ensure regional HR business Accountable of the regional HR compliancy and governance aligned to global guidelines Responsible of the HR regional strategy, actions plan, budget & his assigned workforce Ensure collaboration and communication between the region and the other HR corporate roles where it is needed Tasks Develop regional HR and organizational strategies and action plans with regional leadership in alignment with Global HR Identifies and serves regional priorities and needs and works with Global HR on meeting business needs (implement yearly action plan in accordance to strategy) Support the Heads of Region in designing and dimensioning their organizations Leading the regional HR teams / countries HR leader member of the regional management teams Interface to other HR roles such as Head of HR Global, Center of expertise and other regional HR heads Ensure business continuity (HR day to day work) with the HR team in the region Ensure local implementation of global, regional and local tools and processes Be role model for leadership, communication, integrity and economic action#LI-KN
