To facilitate their growth and expansion into the B2B subscription market, we are seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships and Growth.
about the role
The Director of Partnerships and Growth will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by establishing strategic partnerships within the premium Hospitality, Restaurant, and Catering (HoReCa) channels across Malaysia. The ideal candidate will make use of their extensive network and industry expertise to forge mutually beneficial alliances, driving subscription growth and revenue generation.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth within the several sectors (HoReCa, airlines, luxury lifestyle and retail brands etc) across Malaysia.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury brands, luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, event venues, and catering companies, to establish strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to create compelling subscription packages tailored to the needs of HoReCa partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Drive ongoing engagement and retention initiatives with existing partners, maximizing subscription renewals and revenue streams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular reports and insights on partnership performance, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand our presence within the HoReCa sector.
about you
- Proven track record of success in business development, partnerships, or sales roles within the luxury hospitality or publishing industry.
- Extensive network of contacts within the high-end HoReCa/ luxury lifestyle/ retail channels across Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in structuring partnership agreements and contracts.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region as required.
